Promoting social responsibility

LAPP has firmly integrated social responsibility into its operational processes and corporate culture. We are committed to creating an environment that promotes ethical behavior, social commitment, and sustainable practices. By encouraging our employees to engage in socially responsible activities, we aim to generate positive changes both within the organization and in our surroundings. Our goal is for 100% of LAPP companies to initiate at least one social project per year.

Increase cultural diversity and internationalization

Diversity is one of the pillars of LAPP’s success. We value the diversity of cultural backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives in our workforce to ensure long-term success. Therefore, we are committed to creating an environment that values ​​and promotes cooperation, communication, and intercultural understanding. To support this mission, we provide training to managers on topics such as non-discrimination and combating bullying and harassment, with the goal of raising awareness of these issues. Our goal is for at least 75% of managers to receive training in these key areas.

LAPP is a signatory to the Diversity Charter, which promotes the recognition, appreciation, and inclusion of diversity in the workplace. “Openness, tolerance, and diversity have been part of our DNA since LAPP’s founding over 60 years ago. Especially in today’s times, it is more important than ever to uphold these values ​​and combat xenophobia. As an employer, we must take this position,” says Matthias Lapp.
